2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you use this website:

  • Contact information - your name, email address and whatever you include in your message, when you email me or book a meeting via Calendly. Emails are kept in my mailbox and used only to reply to you.
  • Analytics data - only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type, collected by Google Analytics (see section 5).
  • Usage data - pages visited and browser type, collected via standard server logs.

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations.
  • To improve the website and user experience.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive, so I can improve the content. Analytics runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner. Until then no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google.

If you accept, Google sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies on this domain (they expire after up to two years) and collects the pages you view, the referring site, your approximate location, device and browser type, and a truncated IP address. Advertising and remarketing features are switched off. Google processes this data on my behalf under its data-processing terms and may transfer it to the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Event-level data is retained in Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months; I keep only aggregated reports.

You can decline in the banner, and you can change your choice at any time: . Declining removes the analytics cookies from this domain. You can also block cookies in your browser or install Google's opt-out add-on.

Your choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) and never leaves your device. Booking a call takes you to Calendly's own website, which has its own privacy policy (see section 4). This site sets no other cookies and loads no other third-party resources; fonts are served from asaflevy.co itself.

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
